REGISTRATION


You can REGISTER at the event Saturday morning, June 8, beginning at 7:30 a.m. at NW 2nd and Flanders (in Portland, Oregon). Additional fees apply on the day of the event.

ENTRY FEE:
$22.00 per Adult
$20 Group Rate (10 or more)
$10 per Child (age 7 to 12)
Free - Kids 6 & Under
$15 $10 for 2013 Souvenir T-shirt (not included in entry fee)

Group Registration Details

To qualify as a Group, you MUST have at least 10 participants, age 13 or older. (If a group has less than 10 members, it will NOT qualify for the group rate. The group leader will be notified if this is the case.) If additional entries are not received in 24 hours from notification, the group will be dissolved and all entries will be treated as individual entries.

The per-person entry fee for each group member is only $20.

To form a Group, one person must be designated as the Group Leader -- Group members registering online must provide the group leader's name when prompted. If registering by mail, entries for ALL group members must be submitted TOGETHER (in one envelope) and your group leader's name must be written on all entry forms. Please notify Kim Terry if you want to register your group by mail. Groups must use one entry method only, either all online or all by mail.

2013 SOUVENIR T-SHIRT

A special 'Portland's Party' edition Bank of the West Grand Floral Walk t-shirt is available for purchase in limited quantities. Please order early if you would like a t-shirt! (T-shirt is not included in entry fee.) This short-sleeve shirt is a 100% Polyester jersey knit tee with moisture wicking and anti-microbial properties. The Grand Floral Walk tee is a runner-style shirt and has a slim fit for comfort.

Mail-in receipt deadline: May 31. Mail in entrants will pick up their walk number and T-shirt (if purchased) at packet pick-up on the event morning beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Will Call tent at the formation area at NW 2nd and Flanders. Entry confirmation will be sent via email to all accepted participants.

REGISTER ON-LINE

You can register on-line here at grandfloralwalk.org through 11:59 p.m. Thursday, June 6. A small transaction fee will be charged. Pick up your number and T-shirt (if purchased) at packet pick-up on event morning beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Will Call tent at the formation area located at NW 2nd and Flanders.
